Water Resources

• Lake Doyle Emergency Overflow (Volusia County, Florida). Provided supervision of municipal field crew performing remedial construction activity and NPDES compliance inspection within a mitigation site; coordinated on-site agency evaluation of remedial activity; negotiated & prepared permit modification; conducted vegetation monitoring along mitigation transects; documented results of the environmental monitoring; and coordinated with the regulatory agencies.
• Orange County Water Resources Program, Minimum Flows and Levels Evaluation (Orange County, Florida). Environmental review of the minimum flows and levels determination documents prepared by SJRWMD for water bodies in Orange County including a review of scientific and technical data, methodologies and assumptions related to the development of minimum flows and levels, field verification of site conditions, and agency coordination.
• International Drive Force Main Improvements (Orange County, Florida). Provided environmental support for project design, environmental permitting with FDEP, FWC, and ACOE, and environmental permit compliance.
• Orange County Utilities CUP Compliance (Orange County, Florida). Responsible for assisting in the review of monitoring documents and permits available for the permit, evaluating the data collected and documents required to prepare the Five-Year Compliance Report.
• Water Quality Monitoring Program and Trend Analysis at Orlando International Airport (City of Orlando, Florida). Environmental continuing services contract providing water resource support by conducting water quality monitoring, data logger/station monitoring & maintenance, evaluating laboratory analysis results, trend analysis, environmental documentation, and GOAA coordination.
