PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE AND AREAS OF EXPERTISE:

Ms. Barker has twenty-five (25) years experience in environmental planning, environmental assessments and permitting throughout the State of Florida. She has managed multiple large environmental contracts, which include developments of regional impact studies, large and small mixed-use developments, peat and limerock mining, roadways and residential/commercial developments. Her areas of expertise include: project management, regulatory agency permitting, wetland & upland evaluations and impact assessment, wetlands jurisdictional determinations, wetlands mitigation design, permitting, & monitoring, threatened & endangered species surveys, gopher tortoise permitting & relocations, feasibility studies & corridor analyses, groundwater monitoring & analysis, and client/project development.
